The meat is dark red and well marbled. Sweet, nutty, and not too salty. Served it on a slice of bread with tomato and garlic, and add a bit of olive oil. Pair with a glass of good red wine, sparkling wine and even a good cold beer!

Approx. 100g of ham is a good serving for 4 to 6 toast
